Spreading the word

I am new to the Kernza platform. However I am excited to be a member and spread the word regarding the very desirable uses of this new perennial grain. I am a baker, my business is called the “Happy Hearth I’m Bakery”. I sell my sourdough breads and bagels in a small community in Northern California. My customers are usually very attentive to issues around ecology and the environment. Plus ,

they are generally very interested in high quality nutritional products. So I am wondering what I can do to help promote Kernza flour in my business and the greater community. J. The baker
