Kernza® Crackers Project

The Perennial Pantry team developed 2 types of crackers February/March 2022. We shared the story by short video, and you can check out the process in blog posts #1 and #2. We made a flaky, buttery Ritz-like cracker. One was 50% whole grain, the other entirely sifted.

We think we need more ready to eat products with Kernza to increase access and use. We also think we need to figure out where Kernza shines together, as we laid out in this blog post.
