What do you think of the November cornbread mix? Let us know in this forum post! Should we make any changes to it? We won’t make it again for a while, but expect to improve it and bring it back in the future.
Is it too moist? Too dry? Do you want more flavor? A different type of corn?

I’d have two wishes for the cornbread, a little bit more corn flavor, and a bit less dense. As always, I love the nuttiness that the kernza adds.

I loved the nutty flavor. It was a tiny bit dry but that might be my oven. Nothing that a little honey on top couldn’t fix!

I only had a 9 x 9 pan so it was a lower height, but tasted great. Our crowd liked the density and the nuttiness, including our 2-year-old grandson.

Have not tried it, and probably will not. Cornbread is just that - CORNBREAD - and it should stay that way - made with corn… NOT FLOUR… asbury’s thought.
